During my studies, I got to know the entire spectrum of plastic surgery. From the beginning, I was extremely fascinated by a special section of this: nasal and facial surgery.
Therefore, I decided to specialize in aesthetic and functional surgery. I established myself as a specialist for facial and nose surgery as well as for the reconstruction of the nose and face including ears. I was able to expand this field of treatment through aesthetic, eyelid and ear corrections, as well as wrinkle treatments on the face. Meanwhile, I have become one of the leading specialists within the field of nasal surgery . My expertise is now well-known beyond the borders of Germany, so that my practice is also increasingly visited by foreign patients, for whom a treatment is important and where the patient’s wishes are always the main focus.
Due to my specialization, I am always able to treat all patients in my practice according to the most up to date scientific standards. Consequently, it is my goal not only to provide professional and individualized advising, but also to include the patient in the entire planning of the treatment process. For me, this mutual cooperation is an essential and fundamental element for us both to achieve the desired success of every treatment.
Specialization
Since 2008, Dr. med. von Gregory has been working as a specialist for plastic and aesthetic surgery. He graduated from his studies under Prof. Wolfgang Mühlbauer at the Technical University of Munich (Technischen Universität München), Prof. Günter Germann at the Heidelberg University Hospital (Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg) as well as Prof. Wolfgang Gubisch at the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Facial Surgery (Klinik für Plastische und Ästhetische Gesichtschirurgie) in Stuttgart. Between 2007 - 2014, Dr. med. von Gregory worked as a specialist in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face with a special focus on functional aesthetics and reconstructive surgery of the nose at the renowned Clinic for Plastic Facial Surgery (Klinik für Plastische Gesichtschirurgie) under Professor Gubisch at Marienhospital in Stuttgart. Since 2011, he was a Senior Physician and Deputy Head Physician.
Dr. med. von Gregory has been continuously involved in the scientific development of facial and nasal surgery. This includes multiple scientific publications, lectures and instructional films, as well as the creation of an international network. The treatment results from the network’s participants are critically evaluated here with national and international comparisons to create new solutions and developments that are continuously be improved upon, in order to ensure that all of Dr. med. von Gregory’s patients can benefit.
The focus of Dr. med. von Gregory’s scientific and professional work is comprised of functional, aesthetic and reconstructive nasal operations. This involves many complicated types of previously operated upon noses, including the correction of congenital malformations and the highly complex, all-layer partial and total reconstruction of the nose in one or more steps.
This spectrum has expanded to encompass the aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the ears, eyelids, and face, as well as profile corrections to the face and chin, facelift surgery and aesthetic wrinkle treatments.
